How to take walls on high ping
A few hours ago @Hindog uploaded a video on his YouTube channel in which he shows a new amazing trick that will give high-ping players the chance to take walls from their opponents.
The wall-taking became a thing in the Fortnite World Cup Qualifiers with @Clix being the first person to introduce this to the community after qualifying 3 different times. Back in those days wall taking was 100% ping dependent, something that made the game unfair for the majority of the players, because not everyone has the opportunity to live close to the datacenters. Because of that, Epic Games introduced the 'coinflip', which never actually worked, that would provide the 2 players contesting the wall equal chance of taking it. At the moment the player with the better ping is keeping the wall most of the times.
As time passed a few glitches were discovered that allowed you to take the wall with most known the glitch that allowed you to take floors and cones when looking to the north of the in-game map.
you take cone floors and stairs 100% when ur looking towards the north 💯 pic.twitter.com/rhKWahyvj4

Epic Games released a hotfix to this shortly after as it was too powerful and unfair to have in the game.
We’ve resolved an issue allowing players to take over builds when facing certain directions.

Today, @Hindog brought us a new trick that will definitely help. This works on both kbm & controller. Basically what you have to do is to add a secondary bind to the button you use to 'place/confirm' building pieces which will allow you to minimize the delay that it takes to place a wall after shooting or swinging your pickaxe at it. Below you can see the full video where @Hindog explains in detail all the above.
