New Launch Pad trick will change the game in Arena Trios

Arena Trios was recently added back to the Fortnite playlist and has already gained tremendous popularity among players of all skill levels, as it serves for fun gameplay with friends as well as competitive experience for players that want more.

Apart from a few leaks, we haven't had any sort of communication from Epic Games regarding new mobility items that will be implemented to the game in Season 3 yet. That means that Launch Pads are still holding their spot as the most dominant mobility item currently in the 'meta'.

During this Season we have become familiar with players placing a ramp behind them to make a 'short launch' using Launch Pads in order to not get beamed out of the sky or to make shorter rotations in the final zones. While this trick was very useful in solos, it wouldn't have the same effect in Trios because the angle that a player has to jump to reuse the pad that is under the ramp is very difficult to make.

xXZoxXx has a solution

A few days ago, Reddit user xXZoxXx submitted this new trick that makes it possible for multiple players to use solo low pads. As you can see in the video below all you have to do is 1) Go towards the Pad from the opposite direction the ramp was placed, 2) Build a floor piece connecting to the floor the pad is placed on, 3) Edit the floor halfway selecting either the two right or the two left tiles and 4) Walk over the part of the floor thtat sticks out onto the Launch Pad.
